Nutritional Needs for Children Ages 11 Months

To find out your child's growth, can be measured from the weight and body length and whether the food and nutrition for mothers give this enough or not is to check and monitor their growth that is weight and height.

TIPS :
  • The choice of food for toddlers adapted to grow new teeth and incomplete, and digestion is not optimal (cooked vegetables are cooked with small pieces, minced meat or chicken is tender not tough, choose fruits that ripe and sweet).
  • Encourage children to eat with the family, give the opportunity to choose food and feed themselves.
  • The share of about one-third eat adult food.
  • Eating together in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Respect your child if he does not want to eat.    
                       
 NOTE  : 
  • It is advisable to make a notes what is eaten and the number of portions your child every day, and then compare it with suggestion meals a day to ensure the needs of their nutrients are. 
  • By ensuring your children eating enough, servings weight daily is expected to increase, grow up healthy and able to catch up gross motor development. 
  • When the need for nutrients and servings of dairy foods have been met including (calcium-rich milk-3 cups of milk to meet calcium needs are) then the supplement calcium need not be given.
