Protect Your Baby While Sleeping at Night


The time for baby to sleep is important because it affects the growth and development. So it is important for parents to make sure babies sleep since birth to protect the sleep process.

Indonesian People Still Ignoring Breakfast


Many adults and children ignore the breakfast. In fact, breakfast is not only supplies energy to move. With a nutritionally balanced breakfast regularly can prevent obesity.
